SPEED

The faster and stronger you are the better you can perform on the field.  If you are not out for track or golf you should be in the weight room.  Currently the weight room is open Monday, Wednesday and Thursday after school.  We also have started a new 6 week program for speed and agilty on Tuesday and Thursday mornings at 6:15.  To get better and win titles you can't just hope for it...you have to work for it!
