What does it mean to be a Mustang football player: Some people might not think much of it but it really means a lot to be part of the football family because it doesn't matter if you're the best player or worst you're part of the family. Being a little kid and giving the varsity players high fives and thinking about playing for me was a huge deal because everyone would cheer and they would be under the lights in the game so it's cool setting an example and being a role model for the little kids even if it doesn't feel like you are doing anything," Coy Martin.
"I really enjoy having Coy on our football team. He has grown so much as a person and player the last four years. He gives excellent effort every practice and every game. He has solidified the defensive line for us as well as add a lot of options for the offense as well. Coy is a great athlete and I look forward to watching all of his successes for the rest of his senior year," Head Coach Lance Pedersen.
