1. Most memorable moment from Mustang Football?
My most memorable time was beating Dyersville Beckman at home in 2013.
2. What is college football like?
College football is a lot different. There is a lot more time devoted to every part of the game and the level of competition is always very high.
3. How did Mount Vernon help you with the transition to college?
Mount Vernon instilled a great work ethic both academically and athletically that made the transition a lot easier.
4. Tell us about Wartburg‚Äã
.Wartburg is a great school and the program here is outstanding. The team always sets high goals and we aim to put our best team out on the field no matter who the opponent is.
5. Advice to Players?
It doesn't matter what role you are playing on a team whether it is starter or scout, giving your best effort every snap is the best way to help the team see the success they want to see.
6. Future Plans?
Graduate in May with a degree in Engineering. I would like to get a job somewhere nearby and someday maybe coach.
7. Season outlook?
We have a great looking team again this year and the goal is to win the conference and make the playoffs.

If you're considering playing college athletics, I would say go for it because it's a once in a lifetime opportunity that will help you meet some of the best friends you'll ever have while doing something you love.

High School: Three-time Academic All-Conference ... First-team All-District senior year ... Academic All-State senior year ... also played baseball, ran track and wrestled .... First-team All-Conference in baseball senior year ... Played fifth at State in the medley (2012), 6th in the 4x4 (2012) and fifth in the 4x8 (2014).
