Thank you for all of the interest in the new flag football league we are introducing to Mount Vernon.  Coach Pedersen has worked with RedZone for the past two years to get this program up and running for Mount Vernon.  Coach Pedersen will also be posting a video of what was discussed last night on this webpage in the very near future.
