At this time some football cleats are beginning to be put on clearance.  If you are going to be purchasing shoes for the 2017 season please consider the following.
1.  If you can do it molded cleats for practice are great, they are much better for the feet and especially on our hard practice surface.
2. Screw in cleats seem to be the best for games, the cleats are longer and seem to perform better.
3. Shoe color- I don't care what color the shoes are for practice something reliable and comfortable.
4. Game day shoes- The color of these shoes is important to me and the program.  School colors only-Maroon, white or black.  I will not allow fancy or show boat colors on the field on game nights.  
5.  My belief is if a player wants to stand out, BE GOOD and people will notice you.  Shoe color will not play a role in this.
