This year Sam Moore was selected 3rd team INA Linebacker.  Sam had 50.5 tackles this season, 3 tackles for loss, 3 fumble recoveries.  Sam was also very productive on the offensive side of the football as a fullback.  This year Sam rushed for 1,219 yards on 156 carries.  This is a 7.8 yards per carry season, Sam also scored 10 Touchdowns and had a season long carry of 74 yards.  Sam caught 5 passes for 50 yards.

Sam also holds the school record for a fumble recovery for a touchdown.  In the state finals game against Spirit Lake in 2015 Sam ripped the ball from the ball carrier and returned it 98 yards for a touchdown.
