Jack Cochrane was named first team all-state linebacker.  In 2016 Cochrane had 99 tackles, 6 sacks 4 Int., 13 tackles for loss and 3 fumble recoveries.  Jack also played tailback for the Mustangs Rushing for over 1041 yards on 132 carries.  Jack also caught 49 passes for 693 yards and scored 214 Points.

Jack Cochrane set the single season scoring record with 214 points beating out Matt Meyer who scored 168 points in 1994.  Jack also holds the record for most points scored in a career with 409 points also passing Matt Meyer with 282 points.  Cochrane is also now second in receptions in a season with 49 catches second only to Conncor Hermann's 101 in 2015.  Jack is now 3rd in career receiving yards with 1,109 yards behind Ben Havill 1999-2001 1,177 Yards and leading the pack is Connor Hermann 2013-2015 2,254 Yards.  Jack is second among all receivers in Mustang history with 84 receptions.

Jack was a 3 year letter winner, football council member and averaged over a 3.9 GPA.  Congratulations Jack on an amazing Mustang Football Career.
